This update will allow end users to move folders from My Drive into shared drives, and it is now generally available!
When an end-user moves a folder from My Drive into a shared drive, Editors will be converted into Content managers.
Availability:
All Google Workspace customers, except Business Starter, Frontline, and legacy G Suite Basic.
Timeline:
Rapid release domains: available now.
Scheduled release domains: launch planned for April 11, 2023.
